We are looking for a responsible and agile Sports HOD to lead the sports and physical education program at our partner school and ensure smooth, high-quality program delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete school sports program.
Supervise trainers, classes, schedules and daily operations.
Ensure effective implementation of the company-provided curriculum and lesson plans.
Monitor trainer performance, student engagement and program quality.
Coordinate with school management and the company operations team.
Ensure discipline, safety and adherence to company standards.
Support school events, competitions and sports initiatives.

Preferred Qualification: B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed / Sports Management or relevant qualification
Experience: Prior experience in school sports, PE, sports training or team management preferred.
