Telephonic Sales & Client Communication Executive

Pragya Sarathi is looking for a confident, energetic and communication-focused skilled to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with Schools, Restaurants and Billing Software Clients
Handle telephonic sales calls, enquiries and follow-ups
Understand client requirements and explain suitable software solutions
Schedule software demos with prospective clients
Conduct and coordinate Product Demonstrations & Presentations
Follow up with leads and prospective customers
Handle client queries and coordinate with the technical/support team
Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients

Language Requirements

Fluent in:
Hindi
English
Assamese

Preferred Skills
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Confident in handling phone calls and client meetings
Positive presentation and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply

Location: Guwahati, Assam

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
