Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
Explain company products, services, offers, and other details to customers.
Generate leads through telephone calls and follow up regularly.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, customer details, and follow-ups.
Schedule appointments/site visits with interested customers.
Follow up with customers until the enquiry is converted or closed.
Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing team regarding leads and customer requirements.
Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
