We are hiring for Transformation Lead Hospitality.

What you’ll do.
• Conduct pre-signing audits to check feasibility and plan property transformations.
• Estimate cost, timelines and service requirements for recent launches.
• Align property owners on scope of work and ensure smooth execution.
• Source, negotiate and manage vendors for civil and material work.
• Track TAT and ensure all teams are ready for on-time go-live.
• Maintain quality and safety standards across all properties.
• Make quick, data-based decisions to control cost and improve output.
• Work closely with business, operations and vendors to solve issues and streamline launches.

What you bring.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Robust knowledge of civil specs used in hospitality.
• Ability to prepare BOQs and define explicit scopes of work.
• Great stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• 3–7 years of experience is mandatoty; hospitality exposure is a plus.
