Job Description:

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing project sites to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Their key responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings, BOQ, and project requirements.
Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, vendors, and the project team.
Monitor installation of modular furniture, hospital furniture, corporate furniture, residential furniture, and related works.
Ensure proper measurements, alignment, finishing, and quality of work at site.
Read and understand 2D/3D drawings and coordinate execution accordingly.
Maintain daily site progress reports, manpower records, material requirements, and work updates.
Coordinate material receipt, storage, movement, and usage at site.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, and materials.




Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager/Engineer for timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
Monitor work progress against the project schedule and report delays.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure housekeeping and discipline at the workplace.
Take measurements and assist in preparing work completion and measurement reports.
Coordinate with clients/site representatives for day-to-day execution requirements.

Experience:
2–5 years of experience in site supervision, furniture installation, fabrication, interior, or project execution.
Candidates with relevant modular furniture/site execution experience will be preferred.

Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Furniture, or related field.
Relevant site experience will be preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
