Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist / Recruiter – Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and hire qualified candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience and partnering with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication.
Negotiate salary offers and manage offer rollouts.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS/database records.




Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (depending on the role level).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
