Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the café.
Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and daily requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and manage purchase requirements.
Maintain daily sales, cash, and expense records.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
Drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Train and motivate staff to maintain service standards.
Ensure compliance with café policies, safety, and hygiene guidelines.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality operations.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong team-management and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of inventory, billing, and cash handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Candidates with relevant hospitality/management qualifications will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
