Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end purchase & procurement for interior and construction projects.

Source interior/construction materials from reliable vendors.

Handle vendor development, negotiation & rate comparison.

Prepare POs, quotations, comparative statements & purchase records.

Coordinate with Project, Site, Stores & Accounts teams.

Ensure timely delivery, quality and cost-effective procurement.

Track material requirements and pending orders.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Interior & Construction Materials.

Experience in Interior / Fit-out / Construction / Turnkey projects.

Excellent vendor management & negotiation skills.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel & procurement documentation.

Robust coordination and follow-up skills.

Location: Near Hiranandani Garden, Sigma Building, 4th Floor, Office 404, Powai, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
