Job Description – Branch Manager (Sales & Operations)
Manage the overall sales and operations of the branch and achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales, counselling, academic, and support teams.
Manage the complete sales process, including lead follow-up, conversion, admissions, and revenue generation.
Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations, including student management, attendance, schedules, and customer service.
Monitor student retention, feedback, and dropout rates and take corrective actions.
Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.
Handle escalated student/customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure effective branch performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and SOPs.
Take responsibility for branch growth, team productivity, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
