About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and knowledgeable NEBOSH Trainer to join our Fire & Safety Training Institute. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality classroom training, guiding students through the NEBOSH curriculum, and helping them develop strong theoretical and practical knowledge in occupational health and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for NEBOSH courses, particularly IG1 and IG2.
Explain health, safety, risk management, and workplace safety concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, case studies, activities, and assessments.
Guide students in understanding NEBOSH requirements and examination preparation.
Provide academic support and clarify students' doubts related to course content.
Conduct practical discussions and workplace-based examples to improve students' understanding.
Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain proper records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.
Stay updated with changes in NEBOSH syllabus, health & safety practices, and industry standards.
Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Fire & Safety or a relevant field.




Qualified in NEBOSH, preferably NEBOSH IG1 and IG2.
Solid knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification, and Workplace Safety.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts effectively to students.

Experience
Previous experience in industry will be preferred.
Freshers with the required qualifications and solid subject knowledge may also be considered.

Strong presentation and classroom management abilities.
Good command of English.
Practical understanding of Fire & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety.
Student-oriented approach with the ability to motivate and guide learners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
