Hiring: HR Manager – Manufacturing / Steel Industry

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the plant.
Handle bulk and lateral hiring for blue-collar, staff and management positions.
Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, consultants, referrals and local networks.
Manage manpower planning, workforce deployment and joining coordination.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and recruitment planning.
Handle employee relations, attendance, onboarding, grievances and HR documentation.
Manage HR MIS, statutory compliance and disciplinary matters.
Support training,



employee engagement and employee retention initiatives.
Ensure smooth HR operations in a steel/manufacturing plant environment.

Candidate Profile
5-8years of experience in HR/Recruitment, preferably in Steel/Manufacturing.
Robust experience in bulk hiring and plant recruitment.
Valuable knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and statutory compliance.
Solid communication, stakeholder management and team-handling skills.
