Handle end-to-end execution of HVAC projects (VRF, ductable, split systems, etc.)
Site inspection, planning, and project scheduling
Coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Preparation and verification of BOQ, drawings, and technical submittals
Monitor installation of ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment
Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at site
Track project progress and submit regular reports
Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors
Testing, commissioning, and handover of projects

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems and project execution
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Positive communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
Problem-solving and site management skills

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or any related field

Experience:
0 to 1 years of experience in HVAC field
Basic knowledge of installation and site coordination
