Job Summary

Messaging Services Senior Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities
Typically, the Messaging Services Senior Specialist assists in the support and maintenance of the Microsoft Teams Setting. In addition, also has positive understanding of MS O365 and SharePoint.
Expert knowledge on Microsoft Teams.
Additional knowledge and skillset on Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office 365
Assists team in the maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification and updation of Messaging software systems. Works with more senior team members in performing patching, upgrades, etc.
Administrator should also have generalized knowledge in other Office 365 core applications such as SharePoint OneDrive
Handles day-to-day Incident and Request management tasks




Is responsible for identifying and contributing to automation solutions (e.g.: PowerShell coding)
Extensive and thorough knowledge on Outlook, OWA Client related issues.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 6+ years of experience supporting multifarious Messaging setting
Working knowledge on different versions of Exchange
Working knowledge on Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge on Boundary Services, Relay server management archiving solutions

Qualifications
Degree: Engineering graduate or Bachelor of Computer Science with relevant Messaging technology work experience.
