FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Fire Protection Engineer to design, review, and coordinate fire protection and firefighting systems for industrial, commercial, and EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop fire protection and firefighting systems as per project requirements and applicable standards.
Prepare fire protection layouts, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Design systems including fire hydrant, sprinkler, fire water, foam, fire alarm, and fire suppression systems.
Perform hydraulic calculations for firefighting and sprinkler systems.
Prepare equipment and material specifications, BOQs, and material take-offs.
Review vendor drawings, technical documents, and engineering calculations.
Coordinate with Civil, Structural,



Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, and other engineering disciplines.
Ensure designs comply with applicable NFPA, local codes, and project specifications.

Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Fire & Safety, or related engineering discipline.
Fire Protection / Fire & Safety certification is an added advantage.

Experience:
3–8 years of experience in fire protection engineering and design.
Experience in industrial, oil & gas, EPC, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
