Junior Accountant Manager

A Junior Accountant Manager is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities while supporting or supervising a small finance/accounting team. The exact responsibilities can vary by company.

Main responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank and ledger accounts.
Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing.
Prepare basic financial and accounting reports.
Monitor expenses and maintain accurate records.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
Coordinate with auditors and external accountants.




Check the work of junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy.
Maintain confidential financial information.
Support senior management with financial data and reports.

Skills required
Valuable knowledge of accounting principles.
Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage deadlines.
Communication and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
