Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Team Lead – Distribution Sales Representative to lead and manage the distribution sales team across South India. The ideal candidate should have experience in distribution/field sales, team handling, distributor management, and sales target achievement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the distribution sales team across South India.
Manage distributors and channel partners to drive sales growth.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with distributors and business partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Plan and execute distribution and field sales strategies.
Identify current business opportunities and strengthen market presence.




Conduct regular market visits and coordinate with distributors.
Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.
Willingness to travel across South India as required.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of team-handling experience in distribution or field sales.
Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience in distributor management and sales operations.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Good market knowledge and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel across South India.
Ability to lead a team and work independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
