Job Title : Junior Production Coordinator

Looking out for freshers from Animation/VFX Background only.

Job Location : Balewadi, Pune (In office)

Address : Amar Tech Park, 4th Floor Redbrick, HMX Media Private Limited, Pune, Maharashtra.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of 3D software such as Maya or Blender, along with excellent English communication and the ability to work effectively with creative teams.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing and tracking projects.
Coordinate with artists, leads and supervisors to understand project requirements and timelines.
Track the progress of assigned tasks and follow up with team members.
Maintain and update project trackers, schedules and production reports.
Act as a communication bridge between artists, team leads and management.
Assist in task allocation and resource scheduling.




Monitor project deadlines and highlight potential delays or production issues.
Ensure that project information, feedback and updates are communicated accurately to the relevant teams.
Assist in maintaining organized production documentation and records.
Participate in production meetings.
