Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Shift Timings:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or other communication channels
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of issues
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
