Role Overview

We are seeking a Head Cook / Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, discipline, and expertise in North Indian cuisine, ensuring consistent quality and taste for our café customers.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare North Indian dishes with authentic flavors.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the kitchen.
Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and control food costs.




Collaborate with management to design menus and introduce recent dishes.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of skilled experience as a chef/cook.
Solid expertise in North Indian cuisine.
Ability to manage a team and maintain discipline in the kitchen.
Immediate availability to join.
Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.
