Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Service:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, onboarding, and operational updates.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, ensuring prompt resolution of operational issues and high customer satisfaction.
Translate client requirements into actionable operational workflows.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Maintain, clean, and organize large operational datasets daily using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation).
Analyze operational metrics and trends to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for performance improvement.
Generate weekly and monthly operational reports and dashboards for internal management and external clients.
Operations & Process Management:
Monitor daily operational workflows to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and project timelines are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Support) to align operational execution with client expectations.




Identify opportunities to automate manual data tasks and standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: [1–3] years of experience in operations, client relationship management, or data reporting.
Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Excel skills are required (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Index/Match, charts, basic macros/VBA is a plus).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for qualified client interactions.
Robust problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,847.49 - ₹31,700.36 per month
