About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive lead conversion and client acquisition for our architecture, interior, and smart home projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads for architecture, interior, and smart home projects
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions
Prepare and negotiate quotations and proposals
Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth client handovers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preference for Marketing/Business)
4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, interior, or construction industry
Robust negotiation and client relationship skills
Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
