Job Description

A dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets through telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company products and services to clients.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Requirements
Graduate preferred.




Positive communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Previous experience in telesales, tele calling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
Experienced with excellent communication skills apply.

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: Fixed Off

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
