STCW Course Finder is looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller/Course Counsellor to handle candidate enquiries and convert them into confirmed course bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads
Understand requirements and suggest suitable courses
Handle queries and objections
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Coordinate with colleges for seats, batches and fees
Maintain lead data on Excel/CRM

Requirements
Valuable Hindi + basic English communication
Confident on calls with valuable convincing skills
Positive computer knowledge is a must
Target and follow-up oriented
Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience preferred
Maritime/STCW knowledge is a plus

Salary

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives per Booking
