We are looking for a hands-on Engineer to independently manage complete production operations for wire drawing and OTF scrubber manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete production planning and daily production targets.
Manage machines, operators and factory labour.
Ensure maximum machine efficiency and minimum downtime.
Plan preventive maintenance and handle breakdowns.
Identify and implement machine/process improvements.
Reduce wastage, rejection and production costs.
Improve machine output and labour productivity.
Manage production quality and timely order completion.
Prepare daily production and machine performance reports.
