Planning Labs is an integrated Experiential Marketing, Events, Exhibitions, Digital Marketing & Creative Solutions agency, working with brands across multiple industries.

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Intern who wants hands-on experience in sales, client acquisition, marketing, and agency business development.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, social media and online research.
Connect with marketing teams, founders and key decision-makers.
Introduce and pitch Planning Labs' services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and help convert prospects into meetings.
Assist the senior team with client meetings, proposals and presentations.
Maintain and regularly update the lead database/CRM.
Research brands, industries, upcoming events and potential opportunities.
Support both Indian and international client outreach.
Coordinate internally for proposals, quotations and client requirements.

Who We're Looking For
Robust spoken and written English.
Confident communicating with new people.
Comfortable with calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
Good research and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of marketing, sales or business development.
Self-driven and comfortable working with targets.
Freshers and students pursuing BBA, BMS, B.Com, Marketing, MBA or similar courses can apply.

What You'll Learn

This is not just a research internship. You will get practical exposure to the complete business development cycle:

Prospecting → Outreach → Pitching → Follow-ups → Meetings → Proposals → Client Conversion

High-performing interns may also be considered for a full-time Business Development position with Planning Labs after successful completion of the internship.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
