Handle room reservation enquiries through phone, email, and online channels.
Check room availability and provide accurate rates and offers to guests.
Process, modify, and cancel reservations as required.
Maintain updated reservation records and ensure accurate guest details.
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments regarding bookings.
Follow up on pending reservations and assist guests with their queries.
Ensure proper communication and provide positive guest service.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
