Job Description
Provide technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, macOS devices, and related peripherals.
Hands-on experience in Windows Server installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
Manage and support server roles including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Print Services, and Remote Desktop Services.
Experience with server virtualization platforms such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues across Windows and macOS environments.
Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, network printers, Video Conference setup, endpoint management, and system administration tools.
Perform software installations, upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Valuable understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless networking.
Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches,



firewalls, and wireless access points.
Monitor, administer, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure and associated hardware/software components.
Perform network performance monitoring, capacity analysis, and proactive troubleshooting.
Implement and support network security controls to protect organizational assets and data.
Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, including vulnerability assessment, remediation tracking, and compliance activities.
Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities as required.
Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and security monitoring solutions.
