We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 25 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration, integrations, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
Design and develop solutions using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura where required.
Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Process Builder, and other declarative tools.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Work with Salesforce data models, objects, fields, relationships, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Write optimized and bulkified Apex code following Salesforce best practices.
Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Participate in code reviews and ensure development standards are followed.




Work with deployment tools such as Salesforce Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and other developers to deliver Salesforce solutions.
Analyze production issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards.

Required Skills
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
Robust knowledge of Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
Knowledge of Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and security/access controls.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and web services.
Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and bulkification.
Valuable knowledge of Salesforce data model and security architecture.
Experience with Git and Salesforce deployment processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
