What You’ll Do
Coach clients through 1:1 and group sessions, helping them execute business strategies.
Understand their business challenges, track progress and provide practical, actionable solutions.
Build solid client relationships and keep clients motivated and accountable towards their goals.
Guide clients across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Leadership.
Collaborate with Sales, Training, Content and Operations teams to enhance the client experience.
Capture client success stories and contribute to building scalable coaching frameworks.

What We’re Looking For




MBA graduate with 1–2 years of experience in consulting, sales, training, coaching, business advisory or client management.
Strong business acumen and interest in entrepreneurship.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
A proactive, target-oriented mindset with the ability to influence, motivate and drive execution.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, high-growth setting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
