Duties -
Printing Amazon FBA & FBF labels as per dispatch requirements.
Uploading manifest copies into the relevant system.
Managing system putaway for returned and cancelled orders.
Escalating fraud / theft-related cases to respective courier partners and following up until resolution.
Track pending RTO orders and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Assist for other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.
Skill Req -
Basic MS Excel
Ability to work on Sunday (when required)
Accountable for closure of duties assigned
Education -
Any graduate
Computer Knowledge
Basic Logistics Knowledge
Experience -
0 to 2 years
Work Timing -
Mon to Sat - 9 am to 7 pm
Sunday off
Comp off if Sunday working.
