Handle inbound customer queries regarding internet issues, troubleshooting and related network issues.
Resolve customer queries over inbound calls.
Interact with customers to resolve networking, troubleshooting and related issues.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

12th Passout, Undergraduate/Graduate can apply.
Versatile working in rotational shifts/ week-off.
Fresher's/Experience who want to start their Career in Customer Support can apply for this Job.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
