Position: CDP – Asian Cuisine

Job Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3–5 Years in Asian Cuisine

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes as per standard recipes.
Handle daily mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.
Have positive knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, sauces, and spices.
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Monitor stock, storage, and wastage in the kitchen section.
Assist in menu preparation and new dish development.
Guide and supervise Commis and junior kitchen staff.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Experience in a hotel, restaurant, resort, or fine-dining setup preferred.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
