Responsibilities of the Intern:
As a CloudOps Intern within Cloud Services, you will have the chance to learn and support the broad use of Amazon's utility computing web services (e.g., Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS, S3, EKS, Lambda, and Amazon EMR).
Monitoring the product infrastructure and application availability.
Identifying and ensuring the resolution of incidents to meet the defined SLA.
Developing deep expertise in monitoring tools and Public/Private Cloud technologies.
Building broad know-how around how applications and services are constructed.
Managing operational tasks of the infrastructure to ensure compliance related to the Fintech domain.
Being a Cloud Intern, you will provide exceptional monitoring skills to identify any incident and timely escalation to get the issue resolved.
You will gain the prospect to learn from, collaborate with,



and educate some of the brightest technical minds in the industry today across the breadth of enterprise architecture.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with industry best practices for security, standards and compliance for managing large-scale solutions.

Requirements:
24x7 Operational Support as per requirement
Supporting cloud computing infrastructure of business products/applications
Incident management to resolve the issues and keep the adverse business impact to minimal
Assistance support for the production application deployments across Public/Private Cloud
Understanding of Public & Private Cloud infra
Demonstrated ability to adapt to recent technologies and learn quickly
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Passion for evangelizing and presenting technical concepts to developers, IT management, business functions, and executives
