About the job

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end onboarding of US employees and contractors.
Collect and verify onboarding paperwork and required documentation.
Coordinate background checks, drug testing, and pre-employment requirements.
Schedule onboarding activities and ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate timesheets, onboarding records, and employee documentation.
Coordinate with candidates, employees, clients, and internal teams.
Handle onboarding-related queries, issues, and escalations promptly.
Ensure compliance with company and client onboarding processes.

Skill(s) required

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office MS-Word

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements
1+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, recruitment coordination, or a related role.
Robust communication, follow-up,



and organizational skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR documentation.
Ability to work in a US shift/night shift setting.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 15,250 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 2,50,000 /year
