Job Responsibilities:
Handle Instagram enquiries, messages, comments, and client interactions professionally.
Convert Instagram leads into potential customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through social media platforms.
Respond promptly to client queries and provide accurate information about services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
Track enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion status.
Assist in increasing engagement and generating quality leads through Instagram.

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
Solid client handling and sales conversion skills.




Valuable knowledge of Instagram Business features and social media communication.
Confident, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
Willingness to work on a versatile schedule based on business requirements.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing will be an added advantage.

Salary: Best in Industry
Location: Kochi
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
