Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
Counsel students regarding UG, PG, online and skilled education programs.
Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and requirements.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and career prospects.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Handle student queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the backend/university team for documentation and admission completion.
Ensure regular follow-ups until successful enrollment.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
