Key Responsibilities
Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and transport vendors.
Prepare competitive quotations for air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), courier, and multimodal shipments.
Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to achieve the best commercial terms.
Coordinate with overseas agents for import and export pricing inquiries.
Maintain and update carrier tariffs, contracts, and rate databases.
Analyze market trends, freight fluctuations, and capacity to provide competitive solutions.
Ensure quotations are prepared accurately and submitted within agreed timelines.
Support the sales team by providing pricing, transit times, and service options.




Coordinate with operations to ensure quoted services are operationally feasible.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and overseas partners.
Prepare cost sheets and ensure target profit margins are maintained.
Follow up on pending quotations and support business conversion.
Maintain records of quotations, approvals, and customer pricing history.
Resolve pricing-related queries from customers and internal teams.

Pay: ₹10,090.22 - ₹32,472.79 per month
