Key Responsibilities
Project management:
Ensure all project deliverables are being met as per the defined process, quality and compliance parameters.
Ensure that all programs meet fidelity to the ECHO model. Identify and resolve situations where fidelity to the ECHO model is compromised.
Strategic planning:
Support the reporting head in overall strategic planning of projects.
Work with the reporting head to develop and draft project proposals for future partnerships.
Partner relationship:
Build and manage relationships with existing and recent partners.
Identify future possibilities for creating new programs.
Visit partner sites to strengthen relationships and share feedback, wherever required.
Program Expansion:
Understand the current dynamics of the healthcare sector and identify prospects for partnerships.
Follow up with potential partners and enable partner sign-up.
People management:
Guide and mentor the team to build capability.
Provide regular support and feedback to team members to improve performance.
Ensure team retention and motivation.




Support in conducting orientation and training of potential partners on ECHO model and essentials for launching a program.

Key Performance Indicators: (Measurable Aspects)
90% of all on-going programs to meet fidelity to the ECHO model
Ensuring 100% compliance (as defined in the process) on all programs launched
Number of current partners on-boarded
Partner feedback

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: BDS / BHMS; MPH / MHA / PGDHHM
Experience: 10 - 12 years
Language: English, Hindi

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability
Knowledge and experience in project management
Understanding of public health; government health sector and private health functioning
Valuable communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong team management skills
Conceptual thinking
Analytical thinking
