We are seeking an experienced and proactive Mall Manager to oversee the daily operations of the mall, ensuring a protected, effective, and customer-friendly workplace while maximizing tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day mall operations and facility maintenance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards are maintained.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Handle tenant concerns and operational issues promptly.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality service.
Prepare operational reports and support management initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in mall, retail, hospitality, or facility management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and daily operations effectively.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
