Floor Manager – Hypermarket

Happy 7 Days Hypermarket is looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily floor operations.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and section cleanliness.
Coordinate with sales, billing, inventory, and other departments.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor sales targets and support the team in achieving them.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with management.

Requirements
Experience in the hypermarket / supermarket / retail field is preferred.




Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or similar role will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts.
