Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Associate role based at Treat Hotels & Resorts in Kumbhalgarh.
The Front Office
Associate will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. Daily responsibilities include handling reception desk operations, answering phone calls, managing reservations and inquiries, and providing accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. The role involves resolving guest concerns promptly,
coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, maintaining accurate records and payment details, and upholding front office standards and grooming guidelines.
The associate is expected to maintain a professional, guest-centric approach and contribute to a warm, efficient, and organized front office environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle guest requests, manage concerns, and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Candidates should possess receptionist duties skills, including managing the front desk, handling check-in and check-out processes, and coordinating reservations.
- Candidates should possess phone etiquette skills, including answering calls promptly, handling inquiries, and routing messages accurately.
- Candidates should possess communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, active listening, and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Relevant hospitality or front office experience in hotels or resorts is beneficial.
- Basic computer proficiency, including hotel PMS usage and MS Office tools, is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays, and maintain professional appearance and behavior.
