The Role

We are looking for a highly capable Frontend Software Engineer who lives and breathes React.js and Next.js. You will not just be writing components; you will be taking complete ownership of the client-side architecture for our web applications and SaaS products. You will work directly with our General Manager and backend engineering core to translate complex business logic and UI/UX designs into seamless, high-performance web experiences.

Core Responsibilities

- Architecture & Development: Architect, build, and maintain highly scalable Single Page Applications (SPAs) and server-side rendered (SSR) applications using React.js and Next.js.
- UI/UX Implementation: Translate wireframes and Figma designs into responsive, interactive, and visually stunning user interfaces utilizing Tailwind CSS.
- API Integration: Work tightly with backend developers to integrate complex RESTful APIs, manage JSON data parsing, and handle user authentication (JWT, OAuth) securely on the client side.
- State Management: Design efficient data flow and state management using modern React Hooks, Context API, or Redux Toolkit where appropriate, strictly avoiding unnecessary re-renders.
- Performance Optimization:



Audit and optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, cross-browser compatibility, and Core Web Vitals. Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies.
- Code Quality & Version Control: Write clean, modular, and DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) code. Maintain rigorous version control workflows using Git and GitHub, participating in code reviews and sprint planning.

Technical Requirements (Must-Haves)

- Languages: Deep, hands-on proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ) and a strong understanding of the DOM and browser architecture. (TypeScript knowledge is a major plus).
- Frameworks: Proven commercial or strong project experience with React.js and Next.js (understanding both file-based routing and API routes).
- Styling: Expert-level experience with Tailwind CSS; you should be able to build complex layouts without relying on heavy external component libraries.
- Tooling: Familiarity with Vite, npm/yarn, Postman (for API testing), and deployment platforms like Vercel or Netlify.
- Fundamentals: Robust grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), asynchronous JavaScript (Promises, async/await), and HTTP network protocols.
