Role Description The Founders Office Intern 03 will work closely with the founding team to support strategic and operational initiatives that drive PhysioPlus’s growth. This internship role is based on-site in Jaipur and involves coordinating with different internal teams, gathering and analyzing data, and preparing reports and presentations for decision-making. Daily tasks may include conducting market research, documenting processes, assisting with partner and stakeholder communication,



and helping streamline workflows related to clinics, interns, and hospital partnerships.

The intern will also support special projects, track progress against key milestones, and contribute to improving overall efficiency and user experience across the platform.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze data, and present clear insights for business and operational decisions.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, project management software).
- Interest in healthcare, physiotherapy, or health-tech platforms; prior exposure to these domains is an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Current student or recent graduate in business, management, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and founders.
