Role Description The Founder role at Higher Learning LV is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Founder will lead the overall vision, strategy, and growth of the organization, with a focus on expanding premium cannabis education offerings and strengthening the brand’s presence in global markets. Daily responsibilities include defining business objectives, overseeing content development and educational programs, and guiding marketing, partnerships, and operations to ensure alignment with the company’s mission.

The role involves building and managing high-performing teams, developing strategic relationships with industry stakeholders,



and identifying current revenue opportunities and product lines. The Founder will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and integrity in all educational materials and public communications.

Qualifications

- Strategic leadership and entrepreneurship skills, including experience setting vision, driving growth, and managing cross-functional teams.
- Business development and partnership-building capabilities, with a track record of cultivating industry relationships and securing collaborations.
- Operations and project management skills, including budgeting, process optimization, and overseeing end-to-end execution of initiatives.
- Content and education program development experience, ideally in online learning, qualified training, or knowledge-based products.
- Marketing and brand management skills, with familiarity in digital channels, audience engagement, and community-building.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in the cannabis and hemp industries, including regulatory, scientific, or commercial aspects.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent entrepreneurial experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate in diverse teams, and operate with integrity in a fast-paced environment.
