Site Manager – HVAC | Chennai
Experience: 8–10 years
Education: I&C; / Instrumentation & Control / Electrical / relevant engineering background
Core requirement: Solid site execution + HVAC automation/control experience
Must have handled at least 2 high-side chiller plant room projects
Solid exposure to:
HVAC systems and chiller plants
HVAC Controls
PLC & SCADA
BMS integration
Field instrumentation
Chiller automation
Control panels and instrumentation
Industrial communication protocols
Should have hands-on experience with site installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting
Should be able to coordinate:
Electrical/instrumentation teams
HVAC contractors
PLC/SCADA/BMS vendors
Client/consultants
Site manpower and subcontractors
Should be comfortable with FAT/SAT, commissioning, loop checking, I/O checking, troubleshooting and site documentation.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
