Handle student enquiries through calls, messages, and face-to-face interactions.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Explain course details, admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and other relevant information.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned counselling and enrolment targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Build solid relationships with students and parentS

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage
