Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Python AI & Data Science Engineer with 7+ years of experience in Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI solutions using Python.
Perform data analysis, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development.
Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
Develop AI applications using Generative AI/LLMs, NLP, RAG, and AI APIs.
Build scalable data and ML pipelines and integrate models into production applications.
Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve model performance.




Communicate technical concepts and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:
7+ years of relevant experience in Python, Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
Robust Python programming skills with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
Robust knowledge of Machine Learning and statistical concepts.
Valuable experience with SQL and data processing.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of PyTorch/TensorFlow is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with APIs, Git, Docker, and production deployments is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
