Make outbound calls for overdue loan accounts and follow up on pending EMIs.
Negotiate payment commitments and update CRM records.
Resolve customer queries and achieve collection targets.
Ensure policy compliance and coordinate for payment updates.
Required Candidate profile
Collections/Banking/ NBFC experience preferred.
Strong Hindi communication & negotiation.
Basic MS Office skills.
Target-driven with valuable follow-up and objection-handling skills.
