Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting operations, payments, financial records, and day-to-day finance activities for our electrical manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Handle vendor payments, customer receipts, and payment processing.
Maintain ledgers, vouchers, bank entries, and reconciliation.
Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements, and payment schedules.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
Support monthly closing, audits, and financial reporting.




Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all financial transactions.
Coordinate with management for payment approvals and cash-flow planning.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and finance operations.
Hands-on experience in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Solid knowledge of vendor payments and banking operations.
Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.

Qualification B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience

5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
