BuildOwn Developers Pvt. Ltd., one of Kerala’s leading premium villa developers, is looking for a highly experienced Accounts Manager to manage end-to-end financial operations and statutory compliance for our private limited company.

Key Responsibilities-
Handle complete accounts of a Private Limited Company
GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Finalization of accounts and balance sheet preparation
Manage taxation and statutory compliances (Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and consultants
Oversee audits, internal controls, and financial reporting




Manage accounts team and accounting systems
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements

Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
Minimum 5 years of experience in private limited company accounting
Solid knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance
Experience in real estate or construction industry is an added advantage
Proficiency in Tally, accounting software, and MS Excel
Excellent coordination, leadership, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
